Nutrition and refeeding are electrical events, and enough is enough. Most people don’t finish a four-day fast and celebrate by diving into a “healthy” bowl of their favorite “meat and potatoes”. Well not meat and potatoes if you’re vegan or vegetarian, maybe its too much “fruits and nuts”. You might think you are nourishing your body, but if you ate too many carbs as I did you’ll end up blowing a fuse. This week, I found myself in a major hyperglycemic shock—my fingers went numb, a deep chill settled into my bones starting in my extremities, my hands and feet. Then morbid thoughts began to swirl. Bottom line I had eaten too many carbs too quickly after a period of deep ketosis, even though it was day three of refeeding after a 4 day fast, my body was attempting to protect itself from the carbohydrates, but not yet adapted.

Even though the bullshit mainstream narrative oversimplifies this as “hunger” or “low blood sugar.” In reality, it is a massive hormonal and electrical crash. When you are in a fasted state, your body is running on a specific, high-efficiency ketones. Introducing a sudden surge of glucose is like plugging a 12-volt device into a 220-volt socket. The “shock” I experienced wasn’t a failure of willpower; it was my failure to understand and respect the physics of refeeding, and this is the important part: even when I got the get the message to stop. Your Central Processing Unit—the brain and gut axis—simply cannot process switching fuels from ketones to the surge of a high-carb meal when the fuel source is set to ketones.
Physics of the Human Battery: Cellular Voltage vs. Metabolic Shock

Your cells are rechargeable batteries charged by different fuels. Nutrition, sunlight, exercise, mindset, cold thermogenesis, grounding, a great relationship: all provide voltage. Every disease is essentially a “flat” energy field where the cellular voltage has dropped below the threshold of self-repair. This happens when the cell membrane voltage drops to around 45mV. I’ve spoken before about the 30 million volts per meter across the mitochondrial membrane which by comparison is around 140mV. When you fast, you are cleaning the pathways via autophagy. Kinda like regular maintenance of changing the oil and filter on your car, or a self cleaning oven. However in our body as it self cleans the electrical components, think of them as wires and connections, have lower resistance, the voltage and current move more freely and faster and you feel clearer, the fog and pain melts. However, if the charge is too low during the refeeding phase, or the body is still running on ketones, the cell membranes do not have the voltage to process incoming carbohydrates.
That night I made an amazing refeeding syndrome discovery, by turning on the parasympathetics with the Russian microcurrent technique called “Little Wings” my energy changed completely. It was turning back on the tripped circuit breaker, reconnecting me back into the etheric source, outside my physical body.
If I had been brushing my body with microcurrent I would have focused on the abdomen (the gut brain axis) because it has the same volume of nerves as the brain. Gut instinct. The skin cells have a different sound when “brushed” with microcurrent. The “loudness” increases as they get charged. In the past I coached and trained clients how “loudness” or the sound of your body’s electrical signal changed as the skin become more charged. In my microcurrent training, I teach we use the “Loudness Rule” as a diagnostic feature, that can also be measured, and compared over time as the charge holds for longer and longer.

As you move a device like a DENAS or SCENAR over the skin, you’re electrically diagnosing where the tingle is muted or the sound of the device changes. These are “low voltage” zones. If you ignore these zones, like I did while refeeding, you are essentially trying to run a high-performance software update on a laptop with a 2% battery. The system will hang, and in a human, that looks like “refeeding shock”, and is scary and potentially downright deadly.

Switch off the “fight or flight” response manually. When I was in that state of cold, numbing shock last Tuesday, February 24th 2026, I didn’t reach for more food; I reached for my DENAS device. Case Study: Recovering My Sovereignty at 13,000 Feet
Nature is the ultimate laboratory. The next day as I put reviewed the previous day, I remembered that years ago, 2020 maybe, while hiking the crater rim of Mauna Loa in the September full moonlight, I experienced this same systemic electrical collapse. By the time I reached the Mauna Loa cabin at 13,125 ft, it was 2:00 AM, bitterly cold, and I was deep in ketosis. Then, instead of grabbing a stack of sleeping bags and crawling inside them, I “celebrated” by eating couple of “protein” power bars, thinking I needed fuel. Instead, I went into a violent shock, and I was already exhausted and cold, but then I got really cold. My body wasn’t prepared for the “carb-rich” processed food data I had just fed it, and I have never eaten a protein bar since. Nor should you.

I remember the sensation of shutting down—the same “death-like” cold I felt this week. At high altitudes there is way less room for error. Luckily this time I had recalled my knowledge of electro-bio-physics to stabilize my field, and thought lets give it a try. It worked, and I went to bed warming my finger under my armpits, until they were cold and then switching to my crotch, just like I had done in the black cabin on Mauna Loa 13,125 feet, years before.

I’ve spent 25 years studying and working on clients some of the time with DENAS/SCENAR/ENART microcurrent devices, and I can tell you: it’s about getting the electricity into the body, not chasing bells and whistles endlessly like a dog chasing it’s tail. You don’t need to be an expert in specific frequencies for so called pneumonia or pleurisy. You just need to find where the “circuit breaker” has tripped, and flip it back on.
Back to Fasting. Strategic fasting should not under normal conditions need to be combined with bio-electric charging even though it is the ultimate reprogramming tool. It removes you from the cycle of dependency on the sick care system of processed “fuel” and external interventions. But when things go wrong, like for me it did for me, you’ll be glad you have a DENAS in the house to maintain your cellular voltage.
Less is more. Use 18-hour intermittent fasting to daily “clean” your hard-drive, and when you go for the longer multi-day fasts, prepare in advance your exit strategy, and keep your microcurrent device handy.
